Terms & Conditions

This Refund & Payment Policy applies to all training programs, Web Development, Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Marketing and Digital Marketing offered by Makos Infotech at makosinfotech.com, a unit of Makos Infotech Pvt. Ltd.

Refund & Payment Policy
  • 1. EMI / Installment Payment Rules
    Eligibility: Available for courses above ₹6,000, subject to third-party approval.

    Schedule: Monthly installments starting from enrollment date. First installment is mandatory for course activation.

    Late Payment Penalty: ₹250 or 2% of the due amount (whichever is higher) after a 5-day grace period.

    Default Clause: Two missed installments will result in access suspension and non-refundable enrollment termination.
  • 2. Course Withdrawal Terms
    Before Course Access: 100% refund if requested within 24 hours of payment and before access is granted.

    After Access:
    • Within 7 days and less than 20% usage: Up to 80% refund.
    • After 7 days or more than 20% usage: No refund.

    Medical/Emergency Withdrawals: Reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documents may be required.
  • 3. Refund Eligibility Timelines

  • 4. 100% Refund – Job Guarantee Clause (If Not Placed)
    Makos Infotech offers a 100% refund if no placement offer is received within 180 days of course completion, subject to the following conditions:

    Eligibility Criteria:
    • Must have completed 100% of the course modules.
    • Must have attended at least 90% of live sessions/assessments.
    • Must have appeared in a minimum of 5 placement interviews arranged or referred by Jobaskit.
    • Must not have refused or skipped any valid interview opportunity.
    • Must not have violated any code of conduct or been blacklisted by recruiters.
    Non-Eligibility Cases:
    • Received at least one valid job/internship offer within 180 days.
    • Declined interview calls or was unresponsive/uncooperative.
    • Payment defaults or active EMI dues at the time of request.
    • Failed internal evaluations or course certification.
    Refund Process:
    • Submit written request to info@makosinfotech.com
    • Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 15 working days after eligibility verification.
    • No cash refunds or third-party transfers allowed.
  • 5. Payment Methods & Late Payment Policy
    Accepted Methods: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, QR Code, Bank Transfer, EMI.

    Invoice & Tax: All fees are exclusive of GST. Invoices are auto generated.

    Failed/Disputed Payments: Must be reported within 48 hours for investigation and correction.
